Privacy Notice

Max Platform, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “VIVRA”), with address at Av. Emiliano Zapata 375, Col. Sta Cruz Atoyac, Benito Juárez, C.P. 03310, Ciudad de México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

We collect your personal data in two ways:

• Directly, when you provide it to us by filling in the contact forms, property interest forms or allied broker registration available on our site: full name, email address, telephone number, city or area of interest or transaction, years of experience (brokers) and the content of the message you send us.
• Indirectly, through the use of cookies and tracking technologies when you browse our site, as described in our Cookies Policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site. Please do not include such data in the free-text message fields of our forms.

Primary purposes, necessary for the service you request:

• To attend to and follow up on your queries and requests for information;
• To contact you regarding the properties, developments or real estate investment projects you are interested in;
• To process your application to join as an allied broker, where applicable;
• To follow up on requests relating to the Nex financing product, channelling your information to the group company that operates it.

Secondary purposes, not necessary for the service but which allow us to serve you better:

• To send you information about new developments, promotions or opportunities similar to those you are interested in;
• Marketing, advertising or commercial prospecting purposes.

If you do not wish your data to be used for these secondary purposes, you may say so now, or at any time thereafter, by writing to hola@vivra.shop. Refusing these purposes will not be grounds for denying you the services you have requested.

Your personal data may be shared with other companies in the same corporate group to which VIVRA belongs, which operate under the same internal data protection policies and processes and will use your information solely for the purposes described here or directly related to them.

Under article 37, section V of the LFPDPPP, this transfer does not require your consent. Outside this case, VIVRA will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in the LFPDPPP.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to request correction of your information if it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set out in the applicable rules (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, you may write to us at hola@vivra.shop stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and attaching official identification. We will respond within the time limits established by the LFPDPPP.

To make the process easier, we provide an ARCO rights request form that you can download, fill in and send back to us signed.

You may withdraw any consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data by writing to hola@vivra.shop. You may also register with PROFECO’s Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) if you wish to limit the use of your information for advertising purposes.

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to address legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements for the provision of our services. These changes will be made publicly available through this same site.
